A private commercial trade and procurement enterprise

Millholt Commercial Group works directly with manufacturers, original design manufacturers (ODMs) and industrial formulators across Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Our job is to qualify high-specification materials and products, keep each supply program on the right side of regional regulation, and manage domestic fulfilment for our commercial partners.

What we ask of suppliers

  • Company profile. Legal entity name, business licence, years in operation, and export markets you already serve.
  • Technical documentation. Spec sheets, and for chemical products a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
  • Quality systems. ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications, plus recent third-party audit reports if you have them.
  • Regulatory status. Relevant compliance for the product class, for example TSCA, REACH, RoHS, UL/CSA or FCC.
  • Commercial terms. MOQ, lead times, Incoterms offered, and a sample or evaluation-kit policy.
